We’re looking for another awesome team member to join our growing business! This role is all about supporting our e-commerce operations and giving top-notch customer service.
💼 Role Overview
You’ll be replying to customer emails 💌 and messages 💬 on our online selling platforms.
You’ll also help me with day-to-day tasks like brainstorming new ideas 💡 for the business.
You’ll be working under my supervision 👨💼 and a team leader 🧑💼, so you’ll learn a lot about:

✉️ Reply to customer emails and messages

🤝 Handle customer queries quickly and professionally

✅ Requirements

🗣 Must speak fluent Hindi or Urdu, and English

✍ Good written & verbal communication skills

💻 Confident using a computer & online platforms

📚 Willing to learn and try new things

💪 Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

🧍♂️ Able to work independently when needed

🚫 This is NOT a remote job – must live in Newcastle upon Tyne and travel to our Dunston warehouse (NE11)

🕒 Working Hours

20–40 hours per week (full dedication required)

Typical hours: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm (with breaks)
